For any ready-made objects, allow 2-3 days for delivery.

For made-to-order objects, allow at least 10 days for delivery depending on the size of the object. I will contact you if the expectation is longer.

For all objects, a shipping cost of $3.00 will also be added to the price of the object. If you live in Austin, arrangements can be made for a pick-up order. International shipping costs will be according to current prices.

Once the shipping notification is sent, I am no longer responsible for errors in address or payment or for lost packages. Please make sure to input all of your information carefully!

If the item is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damage along with the receipt/invoice as soon as you receive it to generativecrochet@gmail.com and we can work out a solution. Some options will be to return it to me for repair or replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or to issue a refund (not including shipping costs).

For any other reasons for returning, please contact me at generativecrochet@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving of the product, with the receipt attached. I will email with further instructions of where to send it, and once I receive it, you’ll get a refund.
