For any ready-made objects, allow 2-3 days for delivery.

 

For made-to-order objects, allow at least 7-10 days for delivery depending on the size of the object. I will contact you if the expectation is longer.

 

For all objects, domestic (United States) shipping costs will be $3.00. International shipping costs will be according to current prices. If you live in Austin, arrangements can be made for a pick-up order with no shipping costs added.

 

Once the shipping notification is sent, I am no longer responsible for errors in address or payment or for lost packages. Please make sure to input all of your information carefully!

Sometimes, mistakes can happen. Things get damaged in the mail or the wrong item is delivered. If the item is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damage along with the receipt/invoice as soon as you receive it to generativecrochet@gmail.com and we can work out a solution. Some options will be to return it to me within 7 days for repair or replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or to issue a refund (not including shipping costs).

Texas state and local sales and use tax is included in the sales price.
